Buttermilk-Brined Fried Chicken (fresh, all-natural free range)
with bacon-chive smashed potatoes, cheddar biscuits, peppercorn bechamel and grilled radicchio

Slow-Roasted Prime Rib au jus
12 oz cut, natural jus, butter whipped potatoes, while it lasts (can call ahead and reserve an order)
